My pictures won't come to my app but they will go to my email..how do I get them to send to my app

  Have you gotten pictures to the app in the past? 

  Is the camera set to send via Premium or Auto?

  I just got the camera yesterday I believe its aet to auto

  You'll have to set it to premium. Then on the app hit the plus sign to add a camera. Either scan or enter the cameras IMEI number. Then on the camera turn it to set up and wait for it to find signal. Go into the menu to register camera and hit ok. You should get a code that you enter into the spot on the app. Finish the process and the camera should appear on the app. Go back to the main screen on the camera and hit OK to take a picture and then hit it again to send the picture. The photo should appear in your app. If that all goes well then turn the camera to on and start playing with it too learn how it works.
