    What model camera? If it’s an older 3G camera, those cameras cannot transmit videos, so they’ll take them but not send them. You’ll have to wait for the camera to contact the server for it to go back to photo.

    That camera should send videos to the app (not text or email) How's the battery power? Any pics showing anything other than P5 in the lower right corner, especially look at the night images. Also check the online portal and look at the picture numbers, see if they are in sequence or all the same or big missing gaps, you could possibly have an SD card issue.

    It’s not sending anything once I switched from video back to photo it hasn’t done anything..It has worked great until then but I will go ahead and change the sd card .thank you for your help

    Does the command history on the Status Report page show that the settings change request has completed or is it still pending?
