Emails and calls are being answered in the order received, but this is the busiest time of the year so sometimes it’s a couple of days. We’re closed on weekends.

Interesting have cameras for almost a week. Still problems not resolved. Went to at&t for help. Spartan is to busy this time of year and are not open weekends... Guess need to wait till seasons over.. My bad... Most would do something to meet the needs of the coustomer during busy season. I even asked for a different service person... Must only have one. It would be quicker to send them in for a fix. My bad should have expect slow response time.

There are several tech support people, all of whom are busy working with customers in the order the calls and emails were received.
It seems that you just want to complain since you haven’t told us anything about your problem in case we might be able to fix it. It may be something quite simple, like activating a Spartan SIM with AT&T (at the store even) instead of through Spartan, but we can’t guess what the problem is because you aren’t telling us anything about your camera or problem.
What model camera (GC-what)? What is it doing or not doing? -
Liz and I do tech support remotely, Jessie is in the office. We may have checked to see what's going on but your posts have been about not getting return calls or emails so I didn't think you'd been in touch with anyone. If you'd like to let us know what's going on with your cameras we can try and help. Jessie is very good so if he doesn't have you running there's probably nothing we can do but it can't hurt to try.

Johnny and I are not regular Spartan Camera employees. We are unable to access any customer records, which is why we have to ask questions. Johnny did give me a crystal ball back in January but he got me the non-functional display model so I’m unable to figure out what problems people might have unless they answer questions.
I’m running 7 or 8 ATTxb and they are all working beautifully. There shouldn’t be anything to keep three cameras from working.
