Camera stopped sending pictures

I have a brand new Spartan camera I deployed it two days ago. It was taking pictures but blew my phone up last night so I went to wireless settings and stopped it from transmitting pictures. This morning I turned it back to transmitting pictures but I’m getting nothing. I’m now three hours away what should I try to get it working again?

    If you are getting your data from Spartan, you should get email when you get to 10% left. You can check your SPAM.

    Is your firmware current? (Sorry, but these threads are crazy busy and stuff gets lost.)

    It says firmware is current. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. No luck.

    If the pictures aren't getting to the portal, then uninstalling and reinstalling the app isn't going to change anything. The problem is between the camera and the portal.

    What size SD card? Is it a class 10, 80 MB/s speed, standard size, 32G or less capacity?

    32G not sure what class. It had been working fine for about 18 hours. Taken and delivered 350 pics. I'm not sure. As far as the app goes, when the issue started I was no longer allowed to view individual photos but I could on the portal. I don't have a clue

    The photo gallery on my phone? My phone did ask it I wanted to free some space since the photos are backed to the cloud. I said yes

    If the pictures get removed from the gallery you won't be able to view them in the app. The gallery is where they are stored. Also if you are low on storage space the app won't be able to download the new photos.

    They are all still in my gallery or in the cloud Soni can view older ones there. I'm mainly concerned with with pics stopped coming in with a pile of deer in front of my camera. And haven't had a pic since

    Do you have download only when on WiFi turned off and auto download turned on in the app settings?

    I do not have wifi only and I do have auto download on. One of the pics that just came in was HD. It's the first of the over 300 that was high res. ? Maybe it took a while to send. I didn't change any settings as far as I know concerning high def

    You get HD only when you request it from one of the thumbnails.

    I didn't request any HD. And after that short bursts of 3 pics I've received nothing since. This is an extremely high traffic area with nonstop activity. We are trying to get an accurate count of what animals are on the ranch to create a harvest plan and I really needed something more reliable. The camera has been in place for about 3 days and I've only had a little more than 12 hours of reliable service. Not feeling as good about this purchase as yesterday. Very glitchy and unreliable.

    Do you mean the larger 1280 thumbnail or do the pictures actually say HD on them?

    The one picture has "HD" on it in the app and I think it has "high res" on the portal. I'll email sign in.

    Just had 3 more pics come in wow. What a coincidence. Lol. Feeder goes off at 6 am and they are normally piled in there waiting long before that. Not sure what's going on

    Derek, I got your email and I'll look in a bit. The portal/server is acting funny this morning and it's been reported, that may be what you're seeing this morning. I'll take a look at things and let you know what I see.
