Share Issues
Cams were up and running with no issues. App was working fine. Pics were coming in and showing up with green "NEW" image. As cams were triggered the photos were rolling in. I didn't have to manually tap anything to load them or view them. The latest pics showed up.
I shared the cams to another email address. They received link. Loaded the cams via link but no images were available? Even as new photo's were coming in at that moment.
I then noticed my app would no longer show the "NEW" images with green sticker until I manually hit the refresh/load button. It wasn't like this until I shared. Was also on WIFI with download turned to ON.
It's possible it's a setting, but I cant find it?

Here's what took place.
I went under My Camera. Share camera. Typed the name of the person and email I wanted to share. Gave guest permission as I am admin. The email link is received. The person sees the cameras and even the names of the cams I named and it's under the shared folder. But where the photo should be it say "NO PHOTO AVAILABLE"
Is there something on my end I need to change? I can see the photos, however the app is still not showing me the most recent photo's unless I manually click download.

For the shared cameras he won't get photos until the new ones come in. If you are getting new ones and he still can't view them then it sounds like he needs to check the app permissions. Is this a new download of the app or a previous one that he's just adding your cameras too?
What type of cell phone are you using?
