4, 6 8 or 12 Batteries
Can you give a little more info on running different amount of batteries please. I read something about "emergency" concerning replacing batts.
I assume just in case you don't have 12 replacement batteries on hand when you change them out the unit will run on reduced qty's? For a small time to get you by until you fully replace 12?

You are correct. Using 4 h2 top, 2 bottom, preferably on the left side) is so that you can get your camera up even if you don’t have a full set of batteries. You can also use 8.
The Ghost uses two banks of 6 (top or bottom).
people who run external power sometimes run 4 so they can put the camera in setup to send test pics then turn it on before plugging in external power.
