Camera not sending pictures to web

Camera was sending pictures to the web portal and now has stopped, it is sending them to email but I can't get it to send them to the web portal or the phone app, what do I have set wrong?

    What model camera? GC-What? Are you getting your data from Spartan or a cell carrier? 

    Is the camera set to Auto or Premium? I’m thinking it may be set to Auto since you mention email.

    The camera is a GC-4G/LTE, I am going through US Cellular, I am getting pics sent to my email but it stopped sending to the web portal or the phone APP, I'm not sure what the camera is set to. I will look when I go back to the field.

    That’s a GC-U4G. That first letter tells us what carrier. 

    If you are getting pics via email but they are not going to the portal, chances are good that the camera is set to send via Auto. If it were set to Premium, it could send to email if you had that as a delivery option. However, it couldn’t send to email if the portal wasn’t getting the photos.

    If you want the pics sent to email, then Auto. If you want them sent to the portal/app, Premium.
