What did you change it to?

From low sensitivity to off. And since then I’ve tried different settings from off to high and each time it says processing request but the red banner at the bottom of the screen never goes away unless I hit cancel request

Change it back to normal and you'll have to wait for the camera to check in, probably with it's midnight status report, before it gets the change commands. You should be fine after that.

My camera will take a test photo and send it to my phone but it won’t take a photo on its own and send it to my phone. Is there something I need to setup for it to send pictures?

What model camera? GC-what? Be sure sensitivity is normal, you don’t have any start stop times set. Are the pictures on the SD card, but not sent? What brand, class, speed (MB/s),  capacity, size is your SD card? Did you format the card in the camera? Is your firmware current?

G4GB. It’s at normal. No start no stop times set. Yes they show up when I look at the camera screen. It’s a Spartan gocam ghost 2019 model. The sd card is 32gb. How do you format the card?

Format SD card: camera in setup, Menu, third tab, scroll down to Format. Sounds like everything is good but you may be in one of those areas where some Verizon cameras are being cranky.

What time is your status report scheduled for? It defaults at midnight but possibly you changed it?

Honestly John, I don’t have a scheduled status report. Not sure what to do here.

The camera comes with one in the first scheduled event spot, you have to have it but you can change the time.

Any chance the batteries are low? Did you get a midnight status report? do you have any other pending commands?

Batteries are at 100%. I’ve never received a status report. I have none scheduled. Using the app I’m able to see signal strength, battery life etc.

So how do I get my camera not to be cranky? Do I exchange it or a way to reset it?

Should I click cancel camera update request? If I do, it will be set at normal sensitivity. I’m pretty sure of that.

At the bottom of the status report page there's a little black arrow, tap that and you should be able to scroll down and see your pending and completed requests, can you post a screen shot of that? Also if you want me to take a look email me your portal log in info to johnny.lockburner@spartancamera.com

I have been trying to call support on this but no one seems to want to answer and I have sent emails and still no response.

Just call and email once and leave a message with your contact information. They return calls in the order they were received so if you call and don't leave a message they won't know to get back to you. I would check with Verizon and make sure everything is OK from their end. You can also email me your portal log in info and I'll take a look at things for you, my email is johnny.lockburner@spartancamera.com
