Stopped Sending Photos
My Verizon Spartan cam was working great for a month. Last Sunday I remotely changed the sensitivity because I was getting a lot of wind pictures. Since I made that change I haven’t received a single photo. Please help

At the bottom of the status report page there's a little black arrow, tap that and you should be able to scroll down and see your pending and completed requests, can you post a screen shot of that? Also if you want me to take a look email me your portal log in info to johnny.lockburner@spartancamera.com

Just call and email once and leave a message with your contact information. They return calls in the order they were received so if you call and don't leave a message they won't know to get back to you. I would check with Verizon and make sure everything is OK from their end.
