Stopped Sending Photos

My Verizon Spartan cam was working great for a month. Last Sunday I remotely changed the sensitivity because I was getting a lot of wind pictures. Since I made that change I haven’t received a single photo. Please help

  Got the email, it looks like you're getting your data through Spartan. That's a funny response from Verizon since they actually sell the cameras.lol
