ATT camera Vs Verizon
i have four cameras, three of which I pay Spartan a cell monthly charge... my ATT updated via wireless and for the second year in a row I have to take sims card to ranch 5 hours away because Verizon won’t wirelessly update... why would Spartan not write an update that will update as well as the ATT ones if Spartan wants us to pay for their service.. also have left callback request 2 days ago for help as updates would not work in the fields and I had ro bring back and cameras still won’t update and no callback... 😳

It’s not the new FW that’s a problem. You mean SD card, not SIM card?
if the problem is a connectivity issue, then there isn’t anything Spartan can do to fix the problem other than provide new FW, but if connectivity is the problem, then it may not be connective enough to stay connected to download the FW. I have an A4G that isn’t downloading the FW.
Ikm not sure what you mean by your last sentence. Do you mean you put the FW on an SD card and still could not update the FW? If you can tell us exactly what you did and what did or did not happen, maybe we can help. I don’t think I’ve ever had a working camera fail to update manually.
