    Did you get a receipt or a notice? Is there any chance that there’s a problem with the credit card that’s on file?

    if your data is from AT&T Buy-A-Session, those don’t auto renew. If your data is from Spartan, those plans auto renew.

    I will do the update today and see if I can get it to work. Can you do the update on the app or does it need to be done with the cam itself?

    Do you have the camera with you? Can you go into the menu and to diagnostics and do a hello test?

    Also on the online portal go to account and data plans and make sure it shows a current plan for the camera.

    If I had it with me I wouldn’t be so angery but it’s in the field and I can’t go in and get it because the deer I have a few pix of just showed up and I really don’t want to spook him. I’m positive it is some bs like before with my spartan on my Jager pro hog trap and they will say sorry we will flip the switch back on we messed up
