    What are you using to play it? Are you playing from the portal? What browser?

    I am trying to play it from the portal.  I am getting a message concerning the website want allow video from this site.  I check my setting and turn the disables for the security of active and script. Well it will not play on my desk top.  I can play from my pad.

    I using the explorer browser. I will try to make an adjustment with google chrome to see that could be an issue.

    Where do I see or find my videos? I get alert for the 1 pic, so a video should have been created.

    You have to request the video (just like you do an HD photo) and it will be downloaded after the next time the camera contacts the server.

    I didnt even know I needed to request HD photo!? I get an alert, open app and view photo. Sorry I am completely new to this world!

    I don't know whether you are using regular or large thumbnails, but the large thumbnails are generally quite good. You only need to request the HD photo if you want to see a clearer picture that you can zoom in on. I seldom request an HD photo.
