Not receiving notifications since I got a new phone. I have to open the app and then the pics will download. I've checked all the settings restarted the phone numerous times and deleted and reinstalled the app no change.

    Did you clear the cache? This is in your phone’s settings, apps, Spartan Camera, storage, and clear the cache. You may have to clear the data, as well, but definitely the cache. There is stuff in there that transferred from your old phone that doesn’t apply to your new phone and it confuses the app.

    Make sure battery management is turned off in the phone settings for the app. I have a Z3 and it works fine with notifications. I would think a Z4 would too.

    Camera worked great til this morning batteries have been in there since the 20th. Went to check it this afternoon performed hello test it passed stood in front of it 30 minutes double checked the settings it sent a status report but never took a pic. Send like I work on this thing more than it works. Any ideas iv still have 3 premium credits left and 2gb of data left my subscription doesn't renew till the end of November. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Did you take/send a manual picture? What does the status report show for battery voltage? What type of batteries are you using? Are there any recent night pics with anything other than P5 on them? What type of SD card are you using? There are all sorts of things that can happen.

    Yes I tried but it didn't send it. 5.2 volts Energizer Max batteries at 16$ a pop there no way there only lasting a couple days. Got a month on first set of batteries and now I don't get a week. Showing 4 bars of service.

    Patti, try this process.

    Go into the phone settings (not the app) and go to apps and the Spartan app. Click on storage and you'll see a box to click to clear the cache and another to clear the data/storage, clear both of those and then uninstall and reinstall the app. Before the app opens clear the cache and data/storage again and then open the app and log in. You should be good to go now.
