    When I go to the diagnostics selection, there's the Hello Test and the APN Setting. Both say "System Busy" when selected

    The camera is still trying to get on the network. I hope it's the SIM because you can get that replaced at AT&T.

    After a while the camera should time out from searching for signal and you should be able to access the APN then

    The camera is in the "searching signal" mode and stays there until the unit shuts down (goes dark). I hit the menu button, ok button, all buttons actually hoping it'd wake the unit back up, but it does nothing. How would I access the APN info?

    Also, I talked to ATT tech last night for a bit and he suggests I go into the ATT store to get a new SIM. Anything I need to know about which SIM is right for the camera and which ones are wrong?

    AT&T should have a standard-sized data-only SIM they can try. If that works, they should be able to swap your SIM out. You'll have to put the new SIM's ICCID on your BAS account (log in, drop down the device info, Edit Device, and type the new ICCID in).
