WHAT HAPPENED TO MY ACCOUNT?
I Purchased 3 cameras and Spartan website states I don't have any cameras registered to me. My cameras stopped sending pictures suddenly to my email account however I have 2 email accounts listed and the pictures are transmitting to second email account. I have a customer number with Spartan even though Spartan states I never had an account, I called Verizon, I checked my spam email but still no answers as to why the cameras would stop sending pictures to one account sending the pictures to the other email on IPAD.

Are you running your cameras using premium (app/portal) or auto (email, used to be able to send to text)?
You may have a customer number if you bought something from Spartan but if you are using Auto and have never used Premium, then you may not have an account with cameras. You mention two emails, though, so I don’t know.
What model camera (or cameras)? GC-what? Is your firmware current?
We should be able to get this sorted for you but it may take a little time.

I am running auto emails. I never used text, I can submit my account number in a private situation. I was hoping Spartan had my model numbers since I previously set up an account. I don't know if my firmware is current. I just read the instructions how to check the firmware and update it. My cameras are a hour and a half away. I cannot access the information from my current location. Thank you for working to help me fix this issue. I sent an email to support with my account number.
