    What model camera, GC-?????  Go into the camera menu and try the hello test and see if it passes or fails? What SD card are you using, size, class and speed? Did you leave a message when you called and emailed with your contact info for them to get back to you? Support is very busy right now, it's the busiest time of the year and they return calls and emails in the order that they were received.

    Another thing that needs to be checked is the firmware date. If the camera is a GC-USC, the latest firmware is 1/2/2018. If it’s a GC-U4G, the latest firmware is 7/3/2019.

    With the camera in setup mode, Menu, third tab, scroll down to Information. What’s the firmware date?

    Model is GC-U4Gb2
    Sd is less then 32 G would the camera not connect to the network because of the SD card? That seems odd?

    You would not believe the problems that SD cards cause. Not only does the SD card have to be 32G or less, it has to be standard size, class 10, and it's best if the transfer speed is 80 MB/s or faster.

    They are returning calls and emails in the order received, but every call and every email has to be gone through. When people leave multiple messages (and lots of people do), those all have to be gone through and that delays getting to the first call for the next person.

    Steve, did you try the hello test? Also be sure that SD card isn't a micro in an adapter

    Hi John, we just emailed you. With the photo of SD card, it is not a micro. I also did the hello test and it stated system busy.
