Camera does not work
We just got the camera and we followed the instructions to set up but it will not connect to the network. We called US Cellular to trouble shoot it and it still did not work so they suggested going into a physical store. We went to the Store and they switched out the SIM card to see if that was faulty. The new SIM card did not connect to the network either. So they told us it had to be the camera it self. We have called and emailed support for the last 3 days and have heard nothing. We are very upset and disappointed not only about the camera not working but as well as the very poor customer service. We would like a call back as soon as possible to get our issue resolved.

What model camera, GC-????? Go into the camera menu and try the hello test and see if it passes or fails? What SD card are you using, size, class and speed? Did you leave a message when you called and emailed with your contact info for them to get back to you? Support is very busy right now, it's the busiest time of the year and they return calls and emails in the order that they were received.

You would not believe the problems that SD cards cause. Not only does the SD card have to be 32G or less, it has to be standard size, class 10, and it's best if the transfer speed is 80 MB/s or faster.
They are returning calls and emails in the order received, but every call and every email has to be gone through. When people leave multiple messages (and lots of people do), those all have to be gone through and that delays getting to the first call for the next person. -
