Antenna Breaking off at base -

I have 3 cameras out on the ranch.   I am experiencing problems with what I think are larger birds landing on the flat antenna and breaking them off the camera at the base.  Could be something different (cattle) but the break is clean just above the attachment point.   Anyone else having this issue and if so what are you doing to prevent or correct it?
