    Is it sending to the online portal? What happens when you try and take a manual picture in set up mode? (turn to set up and when it finds signal press OK to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture) Are the pictures on the SD card? Where are you purchasing your data from?

    I have the same problem. Just stopped sending pics a few days ago. I tried sending a manual pic and it does nothing

    Does it provide any messages?

    Did you format the SD card?

    Can you please post a screen shot of the status report from the app, from the signal/battery indicator down through the SD card info?

    Does it take the manual picture and ask you if you want to send it? You can try defaulting the camera in it's menu too.

    When I try to send a manual pic, I get the message to send - I clock ok and get no messages after that.

    John - after the first click is dies ask if I want to send but when I click yes it doesn’t do anything after that, just goes back to the camera view and I can’t press any buttons after that. Like it’s locked up m.

    Ok... I changed out the memory card to a 16gb card and everything is working again. I had a 32gb card in and it just went out.
