Camera taken random pictures at set intervals of time delay

My camera keeps taking random pictures of nothing even though there is no motion to trigger the camera, then other times it seems to be working correctly. I don’t have time lapse on all pictures have a m at the bottom. I have completed the software update I have put it up side down on a couch and still takes pic at the delay set point intervals. I have talked with someone on the phone and done a factory reset seem to work for a day or so then back to random pictures tried doing a factory rest again and didn’t do anything this time.

  Only thing I can suggest is a different memory card and updating the firmware again manually.

  I have swapped to a different memory cards. For example it has been in my shop for three days facing a walk where nothing can trigger it by movement with the delay setting set at a hour and at every hour on the dot it takes a picture it takes 31 pictures of nothing and as of now it hasn’t taken a picture since 1544 10/28/19 and the camera still on and in the same place why is it working right some times then other times not with the same card that I bought 2 brand new cards just for this camera

  Might be an over active motion sensor. If you trigger it manually now will it take one picture and that's it or will it start running away again?

  I have the sensitivity on low right now yea I can get it to take a picture if I trigger it, seems like it will act normal for a day or so then all sudden it just start taking random pictures then it go back to normal motion triggered pictures

  It's probably an over active motion sensor

  So who do i need to talk to about getting it fixed or do I just need to return it to the store I have only had the camera maybe three weeks and it’s been a problem since I set it up

  I would try and take it back to the store and swap it for a different one. If not you'll have to contact Spartan and get an RMA.
