Camera issues
I purchased the two cameras model number gc-z4gb2. The cameras have worked sometimes and other times it’s been a serious issue. I have the correct SD cards exactly what you guys recommend. My latest firmware update is 7/3/2019 and it says it is up to date. I put brand new batteries in both cameras on the 10/19. When I placed the cameras in their new location I switch the camera to setup and let it initialize and everything looked great. I turned the cameras to on and off I went. The very next morning i received 12 photos from one camera and 2 videos from the other. After those I have not been able to change any settings (keeps saying it’s in progress) I have not received a status report either. Any ideas on troubleshooting this issue? Am I suppose to do something when I replace my batteries?
Also, I use Verizon and have their unlimited plan. I did notice when I look at my account through the app and look at premium credits it shows an end date on 10/19? I’m not sure what that means but could that be the issue? Again I am using Verizon’s unlimited plan so I don’t see why there would be a period end date?

Premium credits are what allows you to use the app and make all the settings changes remotely. If your credits are expired that's why you aren't receiving any pictures or able to make settings changes or other requests. When your credits are expired you will using just receive your main status report, usually at midnight.
