What is the camera model? I don't think that slight drop in signal should affect anything.

Sorry should have mentioned it. It’s the 4g AT&T blackout.

The version I have running was updated on 7/03/2019.
I tried to push a new update through on Sunday when I wasn’t getting any pics but it won’t go through.

Oct 25th looks to be my last status report from this camera. Which was Friday. I received my last picture Sunday at 5:37 pm.

I wonder if the antenna got broken somehow. What type of battery set up? It could be the firmware too

Lithium’s. Just put new ones in 3 weeks ago. The antenna is something I thought about too. I did notice the other day it was loose and I couldn’t really tighten it but it didn’t appear to be in danger of falling off. I will be there tomorrow so I will check it out Friday

I was receiving 150-200 pictures per day and slowed significantly the past few days and came to a halt on 10/30 and haven’t received any pictures since. Battery life is good and signal has full bars. 4 other friends are having the same issue within days apart. Not sure if it’s a server problem or a app problem, hopefully it’s resolved soon the rut is about to pop off!

    John,

I’m pretty sure that it’s neither a server problem nor an app problem. I’m running 31 cameras (various models and carriers) and have been getting lots of pics at all times of the day and night.

Are you still getting the midnight status report? If so, the camera is still connected to the network. If not, it is offline for some reason.

Is your firmware current? Do you have premium credits (if you are getting data directly from Verizon, AT&T, or US Cellular)?

Are all your and your friends’ camera’s the same carrier or different carriers? Which carrier o4 carriers?

Juan, what camera model? Was it working ok and then stopped? Where are you buying your data from?

What worked for me was going into settings, hitting the Default and resetting, the camera has worked perfect ever since.
