No option to buy credits on app or online

I bought 3 used us cellular spartan go cams and loaded them to the app and have no option to buy premium credits. Any suggestions?

  If you are using an iPhone, you have to use a browser and go to www.spartancamera.com, log in. Then you have Shop > Premium Credits.
