Just came back to Spartan after horrid misadventures with Spypoint LINK cameras. They just delivered two yesterday and the first thing I did was to add them to my existing verizon account, After which I activated them. All OK ( <3 )  and I'm operating them, but I forgot details of how to operate the online portal. Namely, I just bought 12 months credit and want to buy 12 more to cover the second camera but it doesn't seem to assign them to one camera or the other. How does the system know which camera owns the credits?

  Good news! Credits belong to your account so each camera will take a credit as it needs it. If you want to buy more credits now, you can by logging on to the portal and shopping for credits. Or you’d can wait for five months and then buy more.

  Can someone please tell me why I need credits if I have my data plan thru Verizon? What do credits give me above data?

  Credits give you premium service (the app and portal). Your data is so the camera can send pictures to the server. Here’s a comparison chart between Auto (data only) and Premium (data + premium credit):
