Camera not sending pics

Bought a new camera got it in and set it up. Took it to the field and turned it on. I did not to take a test pic from the house. The camera is taking commands from the app and portal. It’s also taking pics and storing them on the SD Card (Checked this morning). But will not send pics to email or app. Service is Verizon is great with and people on same lease using Verizon cell cams also. Firmware is saying it’s up to date. SD Card is a ScanDisk 32G Mode is set on premium. What else is there to check?

    Which model camera? GC-what?

    Is the camera on your Verizon account or did you buy data from Spartan? 

    How can you tell that the camera is taking commands?

    You’ll need the camera in hand. You’ll want to try the Hello test (camera in setup, Menu, fourth tab, Diagnostics, Hello test). If it doesn’t pass the Hello test, you don’t have a data plan (or there is something preventing the camera from getting on the network). If it passes the Hello test, you’ll want to take/send a manual photo and watch the screen. We need to know what the message on the screen is.

    Camera Model- GC-Z4Gb2
    Plan is through Spartan.
    It is showing it is taking Commands through the Command History in the app.

    So it's sending status reports but not pictures. Try formatting the SD card from the status report in the app. Sounds like a bad or incompatible SD card. If the camera is close you can format it through the menu on the camera. You will lose all of the pictures on the SD card though.

    That's good news, if it starts acting up again you may want to just change the card

    Was working fine changed the batteries when they died and set it up walked in front of it heard it click like it’s sending a pic but nothing is popping up on my phone

    What is the time and date of the last status report? Usually getting the reports and no pics is a sign that something is up with the SD card. I would try formatting that and see if it corrects the issue.
