Problem receiving pictures from Go-cam

I get a notification from camera ( You’ve got a photo) but cannot pull it up on my phn ?

  Are the photos on the portal? In the app, do you have Download Automatically ON and Download Only When On WiFi OFF? Does the app have permission to write to storage (Photos in iOS)? That’s in your phone’s settings for the app, not in the app itself, for both Android and iOS.

  Just set camera out and is taking pix. But not receiving photos to iphone x. Has good cell reception and worked when initially set up. Can you gelp me?

  What is the camera model and are you using the app? If so are the pictures getting to the online portal? When you put the camera in setup and after it finds signal you press the OK button to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture what happens, what does it say on the screen?
