After a crazy storm recently I made some remote adjustments to sensitivity. I was getting 75 pics/hr due to excessive triggering from branches etc. I turned the sensitivity to “off.” I have since changed back to normal mode and it appears to have gone through appropriately but I have yet to receive any pictures in these high volume areas. It makes me concerned I may need a signal refresh? Please any assistance would be great, thanks

    When did you request the sensitivity change back to normal? Do you have any scheduled pictures set?

    Hey john. Yes I believe I did. I know for certain that I had status reports pending which I believe also triggers refreshment.

    You can check the command history under the status report to make sure everything went through. When did you request to have the sensitivity turned back on?

    11/27. I just find it hard to believe nothing has walked by the standing crop in meantime. I have looked and settings appear to be back to their baseline?

    Are you getting a status report daily? Set a couple schedule pics throughout the day if you don't have them set already to keep an eye on the cameras activity.

    Have you checked the data plan on that camera? How many cameras are we talking about? Are your premium credits good?

    I have 6 4g GoCams only experiencing this issue with 2. I believe I should have ample credits and receive pics from other cameras so I think my service should be fine

    Verizon wireless. Gcz4gb2 x 5 and one GCv4gi

    If you're getting the data from Verizon I would check with them and make sure the camera is still active on the account. I have seen them accidentally turn cameras off before.
