camera not sending pictures

  Going to need more information. What's the camera model? Was the camera ever working or is it a new set up? Are the pictures being saved to the SD card? What happens when you try and take a manual photo in set up by pressing the OK button twice after the camera finds signal? Does the camera pass the hello test in it's menu? What size and class SD card are you using? Is the cameras firmware up to date?

  I was unable respond back to do to support help malfunctioned. My camera is in the field. My camera was working great. My pictures are saved on a 32 g ad card. I will need bring it in to try Manuel adjusting..

  Is the camera still online (still sending status reports)? Is the firmware current? Where are you buying your data? If from Verizon, AT&T, do you have premium credits? Did you format the SD card in the camera?
