Are there pending commands on the cameras that will not send manual pictures? “Hanging” cameras sometimes mean that the camera is working on pending commands, especially FW updates.

Verizon made some changes to the network a couple of months ago and that caused problems with some cameras in some areas. An updated firmware was released on 11/12, so you updated after that? (Sorry, but I have to bring that up. There have been times when we troubleshooters have been told that FW was current, only to discover when a status report screen shot was posted that the FW was not current.)

Standard-size SanDisk cards, not microSD in an adapter? Ones that high capacity should be class 10 and at least 80 MB/s speed, but double-check.

On the misbehaving cameras, have you tried different SD cards? It’s possible you got some from a bad batch. I would start with different SD cards. I’d try one from the working cameras in the non-working cameras (and vice versa) and see what happens. I’d also do a manual firmware update on each of the three non working cameras in case the OTA FW update didn’t complete properly.

Deleting and adding the cameras back isn’t going to fix the problems so you don’t need to do that any more.

To add to what Liz has mentioned, you said time zones verified, I just want to be sure that means that it's set in the settings on the app. Also is power save turned on in the camera settings?
