App Not Receiving Pics

2 of 5 cameras have stopped receiving pics in app in the last week. I looked on my.spartan and there are pictures - both scheduled and motion. All 5 are go cams, GCA4GB. I replaced batteries in all on 11/17. All say firmware is updated. I have 8 premium credits left. I get notifications that photos are available and successfully receive daily status reports. Any tips or tricks?

    If the photos are getting to the portal (my.spartancamera) then the camera is working fine. I would try logging out of the app and then back in.

    Well, I now get a message that a photo is available and then I have to click on Download Pictures. App is not automatically receiving pics.

    Is auto download turned on in the app settings and download only when on WiFi turned off?

    Auto Download was changed to Per Camera and 2 cameras were turned off.
    You're a genius John!
    I have NO idea how that series of changes could/would have occurred, but I bet we are good to go now.

    Bradley, I've done it myself so it's one of the things I look for. I don't know if it's because I'm left handed or just careless with my thumbs sometimes but it happens.

    I'll also occasionally turn on time lapse too.lol I think it's just I drag my thumb across the screen reaching across and don't realize it. App developers don't think about us when they make the apps and most of the times the selections are on the right side of the screen and I typically only use one hand on my phone so it's a big stretch to get over there. Especially as screens get bigger.
