Where are you getting your data for the camera, Spartan or Verizon?

You could contact Spartan and they could send you one but I'd probably go to a Verizon store and get one from them and have them swap the IMEI numbers on your account. Shouldn't have to pay an activation fee that way. If you explain to them what happened they will probably give you the card for free.

Thanks I will give that a try.  I've been calling Spartan all day and can't get through.  I left a message earlier this am with no call back.  I have also emailed them as well.  Not very happy with the customer service.

I also have to get it unmarked as stolen.  I will have to speak to someone at Spartan to do that as well.  So honestly I have an expensive paperweight right now.

They return calls and emails in the order they were received, as long as you left a message they will get back in touch with you.

I hope so, I left the voice mail around 9 this morning.

This is the busiest time of the year, although hopefully things are slacking off. Sometimes it takes a couple of days for you to get an email or a callback. I’m hoping that the backlog is improved drastically, though.

At least you got your camera back. Better for it to be an expensive paperweight for a little while than have lost it for good, yes?

Probably the fastest way for you to get back up and running is to see if you can get a SIM from a local Verizon store and get things straight on your account. Then when Spartan gets in touch with you to take care of the blacklist situation, you’ll be ready to roll. If you wait on a SIM from Spartan, it’s going to go through the mail and take another couple or three days.
