NO Sim Card

Keep getting the No Sim Card error, when the sim card is in the camera.  Occasionally it will work and take test picture. Then nothing else. Restart and get the no sim error.

  Try cleaning the SIM card. A pencil eraser on the contacts works best but you can try rubbing it on a pair of jeans too.

  That is a generic “can’t connect to the network” message. In addition to cleaning the SIM, format the SD card, try a different SD card, and check to be sure that the antenna is snug but not too tight. Anything that can affect the connection is a possibility.
