Camera not sending pics

My new camera is not sending pics to my phone or email. I can view them if I login to the website and go to my cameras. What setting am I'm missing. I have the Verizon plan and several other cameras that display pics threw the app and email. Thanks

  If the pictures are on the web site, the camera is sending the pictures correctly. They’re going to the server. The problem is between the server and the app. Have you logged out of the app and back in? Is the camera showing on the app? 

  Are you using iOS or Android?

  I just tried logging out and back in I’m on IOS and have two other spartan cameras that are working on the app and email.

  Logging out and back in did it just took a min the pics are coming through now. Thanks for the awesome customer support.

  Thanks for taking the time to let us know you’ve fixed the problem. Sometimes it takes logging out and back in to “reset” the app, as it were. I’m glad it was a simple fix.
