Most stores have the lithium. I usually order online from Walmart and then pick them up at the store. That's usually the best deal price wise.

The 4g cameras send a status report with every photo so I would think that when the video is sent the status report should update on the app even though it doesn't show on the video.

You should not have to set the camera up again, worse case you might have to do a settings update. Look at the status report and see how many pictures the camera has sent. I would also cancel any pending commands that you have requested before you change the batteries. It could be something else but let's start with the batteries. Also since you're going there take a picture of the SD card in case we need that info.

If my batteries are low is that why it takes a request so long to update cuz I did one yesterday and it said pending for 8 hours so I cancelled it

I notice the time on the update I just asked for is an hour off what the heck I’m so sick of this camera

The requests won't update until the camera checks in sending a status report or picture. If the time zone isn't set in the camera settings in the app and updated to the camera it will cause all kinds of problems including your time being off.

Mike, there's a learning curve with cell cameras. Just give it some time to learn about it and I think you'll be very happy with it.

The time zone has been set since I got the camera and it shouldn’t change on it’s own

You can call too, just have to leave a message. Is the camera in the same time zone that you are?

Can you take some screen shots of your camera settings and status report and post them? You may need a computer to post the shots depending on your phone.

Like I said you may have to do it from a computer. There should be an icon to post a photo but depending on your phone it may not show.

It will work, just change the batteries first. Then turn the camera to set up and when it finds signal press the OK button to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture. Watch what it says on the screen and we'll go from there. Cancel all your requests first before changing the batteries.
