    When you say update via phone you mean using the app? If so does it say complete and give the new firmware date in the status report?

    John, yes via app. But I just canceled it thru the website. I did do a camera setting update and it is in pending. Do you know what will need to happen for the camera setting update to push through?

    The camera will need to send a picture or status report for the requests to happen.

    John seems like everything is good with the firmware update etc but the issue I'm currently having is that the deer are on a feeder but cane is not picking them up and taking pictures. But if I tell them cam to take a pic it will. That's how I know the deer are there but its not taking pics....any help with that?! Thanks

    Basically , the camera is only taking pics by my asking it to not by motion sensor

    Sensitivity is normal, no start stop times, what’s the trigger interval?

    Does the camera show the firmware to be current? 

    What model? GC-what?

    How's the battery power on the camera? And pics showing anything other than P5 in the lower right hand corner or the battery indicator not showing totally full?

    Yes batteries are full and p5. Seems as though all seems to be back to normal after the midnight status report went through! Thanks for all the help and happy holidays!
