Buying Premium Credits

Cant find where to buy premium credits on the phone app, also cant find it on the computer even when i search for it.  On the phone I go to premium credits and all it gives me is check credit and usage history. Am I missing something?

    You can't buy them if you have an iPhone but should be able to with Android. On the online portal if you log in and go to camera management it should be under the "shop" tab, listed as buy credits.

    Thanks, thought I had purchased them on my iPhone before.

    On my computer I am not seeing an option for “shop“. I am seeing an option for “products“ and from there you can purchase all the equipment and accessories.
    I have not been able to find where I can purchase premium credits. It looks like the menu has been all changed around.

    Make sure that you are logged in and then go to the camera management page and shop should be an option at the top of that page.

    There’s also an article in the Knowledge Base in case you need a reminder in the future. It can be hard to remember something you do only every few months.
