3G Blackout saving but not sending pictures
I activated my 3G blackout in September 2019. Since then it has stopped sending pictures on several different occasions. Each time after much hair loss and once-a-day email responses we could get it back to working properly. The solutions have been things like changing both apn settings to either BL or BR (tell me how it changes by itself and why one worked last week but not this week???).... Once, after much excruciating deliberations, I was told that the camera was not even in their database and they had to manually add it! Now it is back at it and I've tried all the old tricks...resetting to default, checking and changing the apn settings, making sure the latest firmware update is installed, (which I do not know because it doesn't even list my camera on the website. They had to email me the latest version...) making sure I have credits available, making sure it's on Premium and Instant, making sure I have plenty of cellular signal.....still no pictures via the app, hello test still not passing, still not completing camera status update, still not receiving pictures sent manually from the menu screen....
I have two of these cameras and would like to be able to use both of them without blood pressure elevations. If they are obsolete let me know and I will upgrade to the most cost friendly and dependable camera on the market. If Spartan is still supporting this camera please upgrade my training to nuclear engineer so I can make the proper adjustments. Thanks.

Nothing is nothing is going to work until the cameras pass the Hello test. Failing the Hello test means that there is not a data connection. There’s no point in trying anything else until that works.
What model camera? GC-what?
AT&T is sun setting 3G service the end of this year. in some areas, it may happen before 12/31/2020.
What are the specs on the SD card you are using? Brand? Standard size or microSD in adapter? Class (4 or 10)? Capacity (GB)? Speed (e.g., 80 MB/s)?
Did you format the SD card in the camera? Have you tried a different SD card?

Hey John. In replying to your comment I double checked my “buy a session” status. Guess what....it expired the exact day that the camera stopped working 🤦🏼♂️ I’ll renew my plan and go hide under a rock. Sorry for all the complaining. It is a good camera ...just a lot of stuff to keep up with!
