Are they both doing the same thing? Where are you getting your data from, through ATT buy a session or somewhere else?

Nothing is nothing is going to work until the cameras pass the Hello test. Failing the Hello test means that there is not a data connection. There’s no point in trying anything else until that works.

    What model camera? GC-what?

AT&T is sun setting 3G service the end of this year. in some areas, it may happen before 12/31/2020.

What are the specs on the SD card you are using? Brand? Standard size or microSD in adapter? Class (4 or 10)? Capacity (GB)? Speed (e.g., 80 MB/s)?

Did you format the SD card in the camera? Have you tried a different SD card?

Hey John. In replying to your comment I double checked my “buy a session” status. Guess what....it expired the exact day that the camera stopped working 🤦🏼‍♂️ I’ll renew my plan and go hide under a rock. Sorry for all the complaining. It is a good camera ...just a lot of stuff to keep up with!

Thanks for trying to help Elizabeth. I think I got it resolved. Operator error on my end.

Jason, much better that there is a logical explanation and a simple fix. You should have gotten an email 30 minutes before your plan expired but it may hav3 gone to spam. I got one yesterday for a 3G plan I let expire.
