Camera stopped sending photos
I have GC ATTb camera that quit sending photos by text to my phone. I updated the firmware and set it to send photos to my email. It sent two photos to my email and then stopped sending photos again. I tried to send a photo to email manually and that worked a couple of times but now that does not work either. My data plan with ATT is current and I have strong reception. I formatted and tried a new SD card but that didn't help. Camera fails the "Hello Test". Tried registering the camera and that failed. Set the camera to default but that didn't change anything. I'm not sure what else to do.

I purchased a new SD card with the recommended specifications and formatted it in the camera. I also changed APN setting a few times. Same problem, manual pics go to the portal as they should, automated pics stay in the camera. Guess the camera is malfunctioned or something with AT&T.

I spoke with customer service. We basically went through all the steps that have been discussed on this post. Camera started sending pics to the portal while I was on the phone. It sent five pics from a triggering event within about a five minute time frame. Unfortunately after letting the camera sit for a couple of hours the problem started again. Camera was taking pics but nothing at the portal. Customer service said I could send it in for repair but since its a 3G camera I'm just going to demote it to field use and buy a new model for security use.
