Camera Stopped sending pics GC-ATTb
My camera quit sending pics a few days ago. Thought it may be low voltage (5.1v) so I replaced all the batteries. The camera has new batteries now, a scan disk 16MB card, 45 days and 76 MB out of 2 GB on the att plan, and the premium credit is good til the end of January 2020. I also did the photo send test using the ok button in setup mode. The test just said setting and never sent the image. I also did a hello test, which it failed. Anything else I can try?

On the antenna, make sure it’s not too loose, not too snug.
SIMs can go bad. You seem to have good signal so I don’t think it’s a signal problem. It sounds like you’ve tried everything.
is the firmware current? I asked earlier but there wasn’t an answer. I would be surprised if it weren’t because you aren’t new to this and this is an older camera that hasn’t gotten new firmware recently but I have to ask.

I tried the antenna and that wasn’t it. I went into the Att buy a session and tried to use the card from another camera. It wouldn’t let me use it, said it was already in use. Couldn’t find anywhere on there to delete the camera with the known working SIM card so I could use it. Any ideas on how to do that?

Talk to tech support first. There may be something else that you can try.
I don't know if the camera is repairable, but I wouldn't spend money fixing something that will work less than a year (possibly a good bit less than a year if 3G is sunset in your area before the end of this year). Put the money toward a 4G camera. The 4G cameras have faster trigger, much stronger flash, and can transmit video.

I’m having the same issue my camera stopped sending pics on jan07 ...it’s a new cam the ghost cam has new batteries and it is taking pics just won’t send them to my app or server apparently! I’ve logged out and back in nothing I’ve turned cam off back on changed batteries ...I have a premium plan with Verizon as well ...need help

If your camera is on your Verizon phone plan, then chances are your camera is out of premium credits. You're paying Verizon for data, but you premium service from Spartan and you get the first month free.
