We have our trigger interval set to 15 seconds. We want camera to take pictures faster (less time between them). Will lowering  the trigger interval to 5 seconds do it.make a difference

What model camera? On most of the cameras you won't be able to get a faster trigger because the camera needs time to send the previous image. If it's a camera with video capabilities you might want to try photo+video and if it's the ghost model you might want to try batch sending. Other than that your other option might be too switch to the normal size thumbnail from the large if you're having the large ones sent.

I run all my cameras that aren’t on feeders with 0 trigger interval. The trigger interval is the quiet time after the camera finishes sending a picture before it can take the next one. Depending on the camera model and signal strength, you are probably looking at from 40 seconds to a minute and a half between pics.

I keep getting photos with nothing in them. I am used to GC and know birds can set them off but both of my cams do this. I’m sure I have some setting set too sensitive can u help me? They are killing me in batteries!

Another question, how long after changing batteries should the units take to reconnect?

They should reconnect right away. What camera model do you have? Have you tried requesting a video to see if there's something there triggering the camera? There's an M on the info strip at the bottom of the picture, not a T correct?
