wrong date

how do i fix the date and time, i have tried everything, it showing year 2018, and no longer getting daily report, things i have done, new sd card, new battieries, up to date firmware, and defaulted the camera.

  Is the time zone set in the camera settings in the app? Is it still sending pictures? What is the camera model (GC-?????)?

  Is it sending any scheduled pics or just motion triggered? You can try changing time zone to a different one with the same time, see if that helps.

  ok i changed the time zone, no help there, but notice i get a status report if i request one, after i get a pic the report will come in, same with status pics, i find it odd that the date on the pics is 2018, same as the firmware date, i have it set to get a report at 12:00, and pics at 9,3,9,but nothing comes in.

  Did it start doing this right after the firmware update? I do know someone else that had this happen and it corrected itself after a few days.

  you are right  a pic came in, with the right date and time, lets just hope my status pics and reports start coming in now.
