Just got service again on my go cam. It is taking pictures and sending notifications to my phone but all pics are dark as if the actual picture isn’t being sent. I have the 5 digit code from the menu but it has not prompted me anywhere to put it in?

  If the app is giving you notifications the camera should already be registered. Are new pictures showing up in the app? Have you tried logging out of the app and back in?
