Where are you getting your data? Can you post a screen shot of your status report page?

I haven’t received a picture since 01/04/2020. Everything is updated.

    Patton,

can you please start a new topic and post a screen shot of your status report? The reason for the new topic is so that we can keep your conversation and screen shots separate from Carmines. Things get confusing at times even with separate posts, but definitely when the info is all in one thread.

    Hey Elizabeth,

I have tried posting a screenshot but I'm working from a desk top and have taken the picture of the screen.  The system says the file is too large when I try to post it.  I did create a new topic.

    Thank you,

    Patton

Klint, does the camera find signal when you turn it to setup? If it does what happens when you press the ok button to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture?

It doesn’t appear to get a signal. It searches for network and then a screen pops up that says “ register network failed please check your SIM card and restart “

That's a generic "can't connect to the network" message. It may be your SD card, it may be the SIM, it may be the antenna, it may be the APN.

What is the exact model of the camera (look under the description on the home page)?

What brand, size (standard or microSD/adapter), capacity, class (4 or 10), and speed (MB/s) is the SD card? Have you formatted it in the camera? Have you tried a different SD card.

You can try cleaning the SIM contacts by rubbing them against your jeans or with a pencil eraser and gently blowing in the SIM slot before reseating the SIM.

Also make sure the antenna is undamaged and snug but not too snug.
