Format SD Card

I chose to format sd card. The old photos were not deleted. The command log shows format complete. Why were the old photos not deleted?

  Can you please post a screen shot of the status report? You’ll need to switch to the desktop view of the web site to do that from a phone.

  If the format was completed you should have gotten a picture with an F on the bottom of it where the M or E usually are. The pictures will only be deleted from the camera, not the app or the online portal.
