    Where are you getting your data, from Verizon (on your Verizon cell phone plan) or from Spartan?

    What is the date and time on the status report? (Post a screen shot if you can, if posting from a phone, you’ll need to request the desktop version of the web site so you can post a photo.)

    I would cancel both pending commands until we can try to sort out what the problem may be.

    I get my data through Spartan. I canceled both conmands. Status report came in just after midnight. I’ll try and post a screen shot.

    I would try requesting the SD card format again and see if it formats after the next midnight status report.

    I don’t have the option on my phone to view the desktop website. Exact status report was 2-7-2020 at 00:00:36

    On my browser settings (three dots up top) I have an option that says desktop site with a box to check off.

    Johnny, it sounds like he’s using iOS.

    Yes iOS, no the bar goes all the way across the top of the screen. If I try and touch it, it just highlights the web address.

    Don’t really have an option for another browser. Nothing has changed and no new status report since I requested it 2/7. Is there not a phone number or email where I can get camera support? This is getting old.

    Not sure what device you are using that won’t allow you to use a different browser. I use Firefox, Chrome, and Duck Duck Go on my iPads.

    What type of batteries are you using? Look at the last few night pics in the lower right corner and see if you see anything other than P5.

    I’m on a iPhone, that’s all I have. The last 10 pictures all say P5. Using lithium batteries. I’ll send a screen shot to the support email.
