Camera partly working

Camera shows the date/time/temp, has new batteries, and is not taking and sending pictures. Please help?

  What model? GC-what? 

  Does it pass the Hello test? (Camera in setup, Menu, fourth tab, scroll to Diagnostic, Hello test)

  If it passes the Hello test, does it take/send manual photo? (Camera in setup, on the network, point it at something, press Ok to take photo, OK again to send) 

  Is the firmware current?

  What SD card are you using (brand, size [standard or microSD in adapter), class (4 or 10), MB/s? Have you formatted the card in the camera.

  Have you tried defaulting the camera (camera in setup, Menu, third tab, Default)?

  Are the pictures on the SD card and just not being sent or is it not taking pictures at all?
