camera won't update settings

My model GC-ATTxb won't update settings or even retrieve them from the app..............also the setting dropdowns on the website are "grayed out" so I can't change them there. Still receiving pics but have to change settings only at the camera.

  If it's greyed out then you probably have other requests pending. Go to camera management and then look at your command history and cancel everything pending. Then try the settings update again. If that still doesn't work you may have a bad SD card.
