not receiving status reports or pictures
I am not receiving status reports or pictures on 3 of my cameras, but I am on 1 of them. Can you tell me what is happening?

If you aren't receiving status reports then it could be your data plan or possibly batteries. Any of your pictures show anything other than P5 in the lower right corner? especially check the night time images. Is the firmware current on the cameras? What model camera? Do you have the cameras in hand?

I'm having similar problems with a GoCam, except 3 cameras send pics and status reports and 1 doesn't. My data plan is with Verizon for all 4 cameras. All cameras have plenty of premium credits. The last status report indicated the batteries are at full 5.7V. It has Energizer Lithium's that are only 2 weeks old. I did notice that a few night pictures that had P3 instead of P5 on the last night before the camera stopped working. The only other odd thing is I shared that camera with someone, it then took 2 more pictures which it sent to the shared recipient and myself, then nothing. I've requested multiple status reports with no response. The firmware is up to date. I don't have the camera in hand.
