New camera with pre-installed SIM card - go to spartan to purchase data service

We just purchased new Spartan cameras. Our other cameras are on our Verizon account. These cameras have a pre-installed SIM cards and say to go to spartan to purchase data service. So, we can’t add these to our Verizon account?

    You should be able to, there should be the external (credit card sized) plastic holder that the SIM card came in in your box. That will have the SIM card number on it that you can use to add the camera to your Verizon account.

    Yes, there is. The SIM card is preinstalled and the card said to go to spartan to purchase data service.  This is different from the cameras we purchased last summer.

    No. It’s the GC-z4gb2. Our other ones are GC-z4gb models

    You shy ou should still be able to add them to your Verizon phone plan.

    Seems you CAN NOT add Spartan to your Verizon, forcing you to buy there plan, now I have my 3 go cams on Verizon and they want me to set up a new account with Spartan for the other or switch them all to Spartan plan $$$$$ Might send cam back !!!

    You absolutely can add a Verizon Spartan to your Verizon account, I just did it. You add it as a connected device (like a tablet) What is the camera model?
